Blue Is the New Neutral (And No, Not the 2003 Kind)

Searches for "blue eyeshadow" climbed 187% year over year, and the fall/winter runways settled the argument. If that makes you tense, fair enough: you're picturing the frosted turquoise of the early 2000s. That is not remotely what's happening.

What changed isn't the color
